  In a world where our communities are increasingly diverse, one of the great challenges of our time is to be fully "Catholic", in a way that is open, joyful and able to celebrate this richness. How can our faith guide us to embrace the globality of our Christian family? How can we show the world a welcoming Christianity in the light of Pope Francis' inspiring words? How can we interpret this openness as a religious and spiritual imperative that challenges us?
• Living together in plurality - Dr Astrid Tirel and Dr Alice Fomen
  School staff will have the opportunity to discover how diversity can positively transform our schools. Dr. Tirel and Dr. Fomen will present :
  • The advantages of a multicultural educational environment
  • Strategies for creating inclusive classrooms
  • How to foster an inclusive work environment for school staff
  • The impact of diversity on learning and preparing students for tomorrow's world

  An essential presentation for all those involved in education who want to make plurality a force for pedagogical and professional innovation.

• Our Franco planet ... a mega world! - Félix Saint-Denis
  How can I better welcome and include the growing number of students and staff from the Francophonie's diverse cultures? How can I help all my students and staff become radiant Franco-Ontarians and powerful Franco-Terrians? How can we have the time of our lives, touring the globe without even having to leave our school? School staff will be encouraged to reflect and become aware of the power of diversity and our Francophonies, with the aim of establishing a school-wide action plan.
